INGREDIENTS:
Oats: 1 cup
Coconut: ½ cup
Salt to taste
METHOD:
Dry roast oats till it starts to change colour.
Cool & powder coarsely.
Sprinkle salted water & mix the oats flour till it resembles crumbs.
Stem in a puttu maker.
Serve for breakfast with banana or any curry.
