INGREDIENTS:
Beef: 500 g
Egg whites: 2
Bread crumbs: 1 cup
Oil to fry
1. Soy
sauce: 1 tbsp
2. Sugar: ½
tbsp
3. Ginger-
garlic paste: 1 tbsp
4. Vinegar:
1 tbsp
5. Salt: to
taste
METHOD:
Cut beef
into thin strips against the grain.
Marinate
with ingredients 1 to 6. Keep for 2 hours.
Dip each
piece in egg white & coat with bread crumbs.
Deep fry till golden brown.
Serve with sauce.
